The Beverage-Air WTFCS72HC chef base freezer is ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens needing durable frozen storage with a strong work surface. With a 12.3 cubic feet capacity, it supports up to 1,500 lb of equipment on its 72" wide, 16-gauge insulated stainless steel top with a marine edge.
Made in America, the unit features a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. It includes four self-closing drawers that fit eight full-size food pans up to 6" deep. Drawer openings measure 6.5" high and 27.37" wide, sealed with magnetic gaskets for secure cold retention.
It uses a side-mounted 1/2 HP compressor with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering a cooling capacity of 1,725 BTU/hr and heat rejection of 2,588 BTU/hr. It maintains -10°F and includes an adaptive, non-electric defrost system. The unit runs on 115 V, 5 A, 60 Hz, with an 8 ft power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
