With a 7.21 cubic feet capacity, it supports up to 1,000 lb of cooking equipment on its 48" wide, 16-gauge insulated marine-edge stainless steel top. This unit features a durable stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior.
It comes with two self-closing drawers that hold four full-size food pans up to 6" deep. Each drawer opens 6.5" high and 27.37" wide, sealed with magnetic gaskets to lock in cold air and maintain consistent temperatures. Powered by a side-mounted 1/2 HP compressor using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it delivers a cooling capacity of 1,725 BTU/hr and maintains temperatures as low as -10°F. It runs on 115 V, 5 A, 60 Hz, with an 8 ft power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
