This unit measures 48" (W) x 34.75" (D) x 24.37" (H). The work surface width is 48 inches and features a 16-gauge insulated top with a marine edge design. The top supports up to 1000 lb, allowing placement of commercial cooking equipment above the freezer base. The unit includes swivel casters, two with brakes, using 3-inch caster size for positioning.
The freezer operates on a 115 V electrical system with 1 phase, 60 Hz power, 5 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug with an 8 ft power cord. A side mounted compressor with 1/2 HP output delivers 1725 BTU/Hr cooling capacity using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit maintains a temperature of -10°F and uses adaptive defrost with a non-electric defrost method for temperature regulation.
