Made in America, the Beverage-Air WTFCS84HC Chef Base Freezer features a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and a durable stainless steel exterior, ensuring long-term use in demanding environments. It comes with four self-closing drawers, each sealed with magnetic gaskets to retain cold air efficiently. The drawers accommodate up to ten full-size food pans with a depth of 6", and each drawer opening measures 6.5" high.
Powered by a side-mounted 3/4 HP compressor and using eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this commercial chef base freezer delivers 2,097 BTU/hr of cooling and 3,146 BTU/hr of heat rejection. It holds temperatures as low as -10°F and uses an adaptive, non-electric defrost system for maintenance-free operation.
