Made in America, the Beverage-Air WTFCS96HC Chef Base Freezer combines a robust stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior for long-lasting performance. It is equipped with four self-closing drawers, each sealed with magnetic gaskets and designed to hold up to 12 full-size pans with a 6" depth. Each drawer opening measures 6.5" high and 40.37" wide, offering generous access to stored items.
This commercial chef base freezer uses a side-mounted 3/4 HP compressor and runs on eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It delivers 2,097 BTU/hr of cooling and 3,146 BTU/hr of heat rejection while maintaining a consistent -10°F temperature. The adaptive, non-electric defrost system ensures reliable operation with minimal maintenance. The unit operates on 115 V, 6.6 A, 60 Hz, and includes an 8 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
