This commercial chef base runs on 115 V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power with a 2.8 A draw and a 1/5 HP front-breathing, side-mounted compressor. It has a self-contained refrigeration system using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep food cold between 33°F and 38°F. The anti-corrosion-coated evaporator boosts long-term durability. The drawers open smoothly and can hold 6" deep full-size and 1/6 size pans. It includes 2 drawers for easy access and a 9 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for quick setup.
