The True TSSU-60-12-HC Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a commercial refrigeration unit built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It has a stainless steel exterior in a clean silver finish, that not only resists corrosion but is also very durable. It has dimensions of 60.38"(W) x 30.12" (D) x 36.75" (H) (43" with casters) and a work surface height of 36" and offers plenty of room for prepping sandwiches, salads, and wraps.

This unit has a 60.37" (W) x 11.75" (D) x 1/2" thick deep cutting board, giving ample space in front of the 12 sixth-size pan openings. These pans use standard top configuration under one hood and organize toppings and ingredients for easy access during busy service. The rear-mounted 1/3 HP compressor and self-contained refrigeration system maintain the temperature between 33°F to 41°F, while the forced-air cooling and R-290 refrigerant ensure energy efficiency.

It has a 17.8 cu.ft. capacity refrigerated base with 4 PVC-coated wire shelves behind 2 solid swing doors. The interior is made of stainless steel and aluminum, with polyurethane insulation to lock in cold air. It uses self-closing doors with a left and right hinge layout, keeping the cold in even during frequent access. With a 1/3 HP compressor, 6.5 amps, and 115V /1ph power, this unit plugs into a standard outlet using the 7-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
