The True TSSU-60-16-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table features a 60⅜ in. W x 30⅛ in. D x 36¾ in. H design with a back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant.
It maintains consistent holding temperatures between 33°F and 41°F with a forced-air cooling system that circulates below the 16 included sixth-size polycarbonate pans. The 11¾-inch-deep cutting board offers ample prep space and is removable for cleaning, while a stainless-steel insulated cover preserves freshness after hours.
Constructed with all stainless-steel top, front, sides, liner, and floor and insulated with high-density foam, this unit is built for durability. Two full-length, locking doors provide access to the base, which holds four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. A digital temperature display ensures easy monitoring, and the condenser's rear placement simplifies maintenance. This unit operates 115V/60Hz/1ph, 6.5A, and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug.

This True prep table is pretty good. Arrived on time and well-packaged. The online ordering process was smooth, tho they had more payment options. Table works fine, keeps stuff cold. Drawers could be smoother but not a big deal. Overall, happy with the purchase and HorecaStore's service.

Just got this True prep table for my deli and wow, it's working great! Ordering from HorecaStore was super easy, and it arrived faster than I expected. Been using this sandwich prep table for a month now. Gotta say, its built like a tank! Keeps temps steady all day long. Delivery guys were careful bringing it in, no damage at all. Customer service was great too - helped me sort out a billing issue real quick. Only downside is the price, but you get what you pay for I guess.
