The True TSSU-60-10-HC Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a durable commercial refrigeration unit designed for busy commercial kitchens. It uses a robust stainless steel exterior and a hygienic stainless steel and aluminum interior and comes with a capacity of 17.8 cubic feet. This way, it offers ample refrigerated storage to keep ingredients fresh and accessible during food prep.
This unit comes with a 60.37"(W) x 11.75" (D) x 1/2" thick cutting board that provides enough workspace for sandwiches and salads. It can hold 10 sixth-size pans under a standard top, with 4 PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 27.5 x 16" inside the refrigerated base. The base is insulated with polyurethane to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 41°F using a self-contained refrigeration system with a rear-mounted, side/rear breathing 1/3 HP compressor.
The sandwich/salad prep table operates at 115v/1ph, 6.5 amps, 60 Hz, and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet with a 7-ft power cord that ensures easy installation. It has compact dimensions of 60.38" (W) x30.12" (D) x 36.75" (H)inches tall ( 43" with casters). It works with four 5" swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility and secure positioning.
It includes two solid, self-closing swing doors hinged on the left and right sides, a standard top configuration, and a single hood above the pan area to protect ingredients. It is UL Listed, UL EPH Classified, and cULus certified and comes with a 7-year warranty for parts, labor, and compressor.
