Built with a 7.6 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates 8 1/6-size pans and includes a full-length cutting board measuring 36.37" wide and 11.75" deep with a 1/2" thickness—ideal for assembling sandwiches, salads, and wraps efficiently.
Its stainless steel exterior and aluminium-lined stainless steel interior deliver lasting durability in high-use foodservice environments. Powered by a 1/4 HP rear-mounted compressor, this unit operates on a self-contained forced-air cooling system using R-290 refrigerant and maintains a consistent temperature range between 33°F to 41°F.
It features two solid swing doors with a self-closing mechanism, four PVC-coated wire shelves, and polyurethane insulation to ensure maximum energy efficiency. It runs on 115V, 4.5A, 60Hz, 1-phase with a 7 ft power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for easy setup. With dimensions of 36.38 (W) x 30.12 (D) x 36.75 (H) and a 36-inch work surface height, this prep table fits seamlessly under standard countertops.

Orderd this sandwich prep table for my deli. Shipping was fast, arrived in 3 days! Packaging was great, no dents or scratches. The fridge part works great, keeps everything at perfect temp. Only thing is the cutting board is a bit smaller than I thought, but still works fine for what we need. Overall, really happy with the purchase and HorecaStore's service.
