Its polyurethane insulation maintains cold temperatures and reduces energy usage
This unit has a storage capacity of 17.8 cubic feet, giving ample space to store ingredients right beneath the prep surface. It includes one solid swing door on the right and two drawers that accommodate full-size food pans up to 6" deep. Inside, it has two PVC-coated wire shelves, 27.5 x 16", to organize stored items efficiently. The work surface height is 36", providing an ergonomic workspace for long prep sessions.
On top, the cutting board measures 60.37" (W) x 11.75" (D) x1/2" thick, making the prep area spacious. The upper pan rail section holds 16 one-sixth size pans for keeping ingredients easily accessible during service. It also features 1 hood, which covers the top pan area and maintains temperature and cleanliness. The forced-air cooling system keeps product temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, keeping the food fresh.
Equipped with a 1/3 HP rear-mounted compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, this self-contained unit features side and rear breathing for use in tight commercial kitchens. It has four 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, and runs on 115V single phase at 6.5 amps with a 7-ft power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Dimensions: 60.38"W x 30.12"D x 43"H (with casters), nominal width 60". UL Listed, UL EPH Classified, cULus certified, with a 7-year warranty.
