The Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N 48" 1-section PRO Series refrigerated chef base is designed for commercial kitchens to store cold ingredients and support countertop cooking equipment. With a 6.83 cu. ft. capacity and space for four full-size pans, it combines cold storage and prep efficiency in one. It features 2 drawers, a marine edge top, and measures 48 (W) x 33.5 (D) x 21.38 (H) inches in a silver stainless steel finish.

This commercial chef base runs on 115 V, 3.2 amps, and uses a 1/4 HP side-mounted compressor with a side/rear breathing system to keep the unit cool. It includes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for even temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. The drawers fit full-size pans up to 6" deep, and the top supports up to 788 lb of equipment. It features a self-cleaning condenser, anti-corrosion-coated evaporator, and polyurethane insulation.

It uses a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 9 ft cord, operates at 60 Hz, single phase, and is self-contained. This unit installs freestanding and includes 4 swivel casters, each 4 inches, for easy movement. It is NSF listed, cETLus, and ETL Sanitation certified. This product comes with a 5-year parts and labor warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty for dependable commercial use.
