Product Overview

The Turbo Air PRCBE-84R-N 84" refrigerated chef base is built for commercial kitchens to keep ingredients chilled and cooking equipment supported in one unit. With a 14.75 cu. ft. capacity and space for 8 full-size pans (6" deep), it helps store and access food easily. Measuring 84 (W) x 33.5 (D) x 21.38 (H) inches, its silver stainless steel body has a marine edge top that holds up to 1192 lb.

This commercial chef base runs on 115 V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power and uses a 3/8 HP side-mounted compressor with side/rear breathing for consistent cooling. It uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 38°F. The base has 4 drawers with drawer-style access, and its self-contained system includes a self-cleaning condenser and anti-corrosion-coated evaporator. It plugs in with a 9 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.

This freestanding unit features 6 swivel casters (4" each) for easy mobility and is insulated with polyurethane to retain cold air. It comes with a self-contained refrigeration style and a refrigerated base design. This product is NSF listed, cETLus listed, and ETL sanitation certified. It includes a 5-year parts and labor warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty.
