The interior is made of aluminum, insulated with high-density polyurethane, and maintains a reliable temperature range of 33°F to 38°F. A digital temperature display allows for easy monitoring at all times.
The unit includes 2 heavy-duty drawers with magnetic gaskets and a 4" deep full-size pan capacity, accommodating 2 full-size pans or up to 6 1/6-size pans in total. With a swivel caster base and brakes for easy mobility, this freestanding base offers unmatched functionality in any layout.
