The True TRCB-79-HC Chef Base Refrigerator is designed for commercial kitchens that require high performance, durable storage right under cooking equipment. Made in America by True Refrigeration, this freestanding chef base offers a powerful refrigeration system that maintains a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 38°F with the help of a side-mounted, 1/3 HP compressor and hydrocarbon-based R-290 refrigerant

Built with a robust stainless steel exterior and a heavy-duty aluminum interior, the TRCB-79-HC holds up to 1084 lb on its marine edge top surface. Its four drawers are designed to hold 4-inch deep full-size pans, supporting up to eight pans in total. The magnetic drawer gaskets ensure tight seals, while polyurethane insulation keeps cold air locked in for efficiency and food safety throughout operation.

This self-contained, side/rear breathing unit includes digital temperature display and comes with six 4-inch swivel casters (with brakes), allowing easy mobility and stable positioning. The drawers glide smoothly, while the marine edge top prevents spills from reaching the floor, making cleanup effortless. The 10-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug connects to a standard 115V outlet, operating at 60 Hz with 4.4 amps on a 1-phase system.

Certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, NSF Listed, and CE Certified, the unit supports safe and hygienic food handling.
