Made in America, this floor model mixer features a 127 qt stainless steel bowl with a 176 lb dough capacity and 110 lb flour capacity, ideal for producing high-volume, uniform dough with enhanced water absorption and cooler dough temperatures.

Equipped with a dual-motor system (one for the spiral arm, one for the bowl), the unit delivers 131 / 262 RPM across 2 speeds, powered by 5060W, 220V, 60 Hz, 3-phase hardwired input at 23 amps. Its hydraulic downward blending action and spiral agitator ensure consistent mixing, while the reverse-rotating synchronization and selectable forward/backward bowl rotation optimize texture and hydration.

The mixer supports gearless speed variation, dual 30-minute timers, and can operate without a timer for greater control. Safety is prioritized with an interlock that allows operation only when the safety guard is in place.

Overall dimensions: 28" W x 45" D x 47" H. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty, the BMSM080 offers power, precision, and safety for commercial dough mixing.
