CMA Dishmachine C is a heavy-duty, single-rack, upright, low-temperature, chemical-sanitizing corner dishwasher machine for commercial kitchen applications. It's powered by a 115V, 16 amps, 1 HP motor, which makes it a guarantee for reliability. Its 1-phase unit is hardwired for safety and durability and runs at 120°F (140°F ideal for optimal cleaning).
It takes only 1.7 gallons of water per rack and cleans 40 racks per hour. The 90-second cycle is 45 seconds wash, 30 seconds rinse, and 15 seconds dwell. With a 1.7-gallon wash tank and a 52 GPM pump, it provides aggressive cleaning. It's 25-3/4" W x 25-3/4" D x 56"-57" H and weighs 269 lbs, ideal for any kitchen layout. Operating at 60 Hertz, it provides energy efficiency and high sanitization, connecting via a 3/4" water inlet.
