The American Dish Service 217-1066.0000 Conveyor Dishwasher is a high-volume, low-temperature dishwashing solution for commercial kitchens. It is proudly made in America and constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel for durability and longevity. Designed with left-to-right direction control, handles up to 244 racks per hour. The conveyor is 2.07 meters long and has a speed of 6.8 feet per minute.

It operates at a 140°F low-temp wash and 120°F rinse, utilizing 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer for effective sanitation. It features 3 HP wash power, 1.5 HP scrap power, and 1/3 HP rinse and conveyor power. The 18 kW wash tank heater, 2.2 kW system wattage, and 0.49 gallons of water per rack ensure consistent results with optimized resource use. Integrated polymer rinse jets, autofill, auto shut-off, and slip clutch conveyor protection enhance usability and equipment life.

This conveyor dish machine measures 86" W x 34.5" D x 81.25" H (with the control box). It accommodates 19.75" x 19.75" racks, provides a 15" x 24.5" access door, and requires a 72” minimum exit table. It features a 2-inch drain, a 3/4" FPT water inlet, and must be installed with 3-gauge wires, a 10-gauge neutral, and 1 ground, with 208/240V, 90-amp, 3-phase, 60 Hz power specs.

The table to table width is 66". It is NSF approved and cULus listed. This dishwasher must be professionally installed and is compatible with standard tables only (no quick drains). The 2-stage pump strainer and code-compliant setup make this unit a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
