The American Dish Service 218-1066.0000 Conveyor Dishwasher is a high-capacity, low-temperature dishwashing solution built for commercial kitchens. Designed for efficiency and durability, this heavy-duty stainless steel conveyor dishwasher is proudly made in America. Its right-to-left direction control, pre-wash performance, and door safety switch ensure smooth, safe operation.

Engineered to clean up to 244 racks per hour, the machine features a 6.8-foot-per-minute conveyor speed and 0.49 gallons of water per rack for high-efficiency washing. It uses polymer rinse jets, a 3 HP wash power, a 1.5 HP scrap power, and 1/3 HP rinse and conveyor powers for reliable performance. The 140°F low-temperature wash and 120°F rinse cycle work with 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer, supported by a powerful 18 kW wash tank heater and 2.2 kW system wattage.

Auto functions like autofill and auto shut-off enhance ease of use. This commercial conveyor dishwasher measures 86" W x 34.5" D x 81.25" H (with control box). Compatible with standard tables only, it requires a 72” minimum straight exit table. The table to table width is 66".

Installation requires 208/240V, 90 amps, 3-phase, 60 Hz power, with a 3/4" FPT water inlet, 2-inch drain, and code-compliant wiring. Certified NSF Approved and cULus Listed, this unit must be professionally installed. It features slip clutch conveyor protection and a 2-stage strainer for pump protection.
