Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel/aluminium interior, it delivers long-lasting durability in demanding foodservice environments.
A 48.37" wide, 8.87" deep cutting board with 1/2" thickness provides ample prep space for multiple users. This unit operates with a 1/3 HP rear-mounted compressor, utilising a self-contained, forced-air cooling system with R-290 refrigerant to maintain a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. It includes two solid swing doors with self-closing hinges and four PVC-coated wire shelves and is fully insulated with polyurethane foam for superior energy efficiency.
Certified UL Listed, UL EPH Classified, and cULus, it runs on 115V, 5.8A, 60Hz, single phase, with an 11 ft power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Measuring 48.38 (W) x 35.12 (D) x 40.38 (H) and built with a 36" work surface height, the unit is mounted on four 5” swivel casters with brakes for mobility and secure positioning. Been using this True prep table for a month now and its fantastic. Keeps everything cold, even on busy days. The mega top is a lifesaver for prep. Only reason im not givin 5 stars is cuz the casters are a bit stiff, makes it hard to move for cleaning. But overall, great product and HorecaStore's service was top-notch.
