Engineered to produce up to 1,960 lb of nugget ice per day, it ensures continuous output to meet high-volume needs. It operates on 208/230V, 1 Phase, drawing 24 amps, and uses 3.4 kWh per 100 lb of ice. Daily water usage is approximately 12 gallons, and it functions within an ambient temperature range of 50°F to 100°F.
The unit includes an evaporator, auger, roller bearings, and gearbox and connects via a 3/8-inch water inlet. This model measures 30" W x 24" D x 27" H, making it a compact yet powerful ice production solution. It is cULus, NSF, ISO Certified, and Energy Star rated, supporting energy-conscious operations.
Heat rejection reaches 17,030 BTU/hr, and it accommodates remote condenser temperatures from -20°F to 120°F. Backed by a 3-year parts & labor warranty and 5-year compressor coverage, the GEM2006R features Ice-O-Matic's SystemSafe Load Monitoring System for added protection and performance assurance.
