Product Overview
The Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ-C cubelet nugget-style ice maker is an air-cooled model with a stainless steel exterior that is heavy-duty. It is 22" (W) x 27-3/8" (D) x 25-15/16" (H) and makes up to 890 lbs. of small cubelet nugget-style ice daily. Two units can be installed side by side for twice the ice. It is designed to work with bins and dispensers, including models B-250, B-300, B-500, B-700, B-800, B-900, B-1150, B-1300, B-1500SS, and B-1650SS.
It is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from 45°F to 100°F and water temperatures from 45°F to 90°F. It has a requirement of water pressure from 10 to 113 psig. It operates with R-404A refrigerant, having a charge of 2 lbs. 4 oz. (1025 g). It has a heat rejection rate of 8700 BTU/hr. It draws 4.57 kWh for 100 lbs. of 90/70 ice.
It is supplied on a single-phase 115V/60/1 power connection with a 15.23-amp demand and a 20A maximum fuse rating. It needs to be hardwired at the point of installation and is supplied without a plug or cord. The CleanCycle24™ design features a two-second rinse every 60 minutes to wash away sediment. The system is equipped with a 1/2" FPT water inlet and a 3/4" FPT outlet.
Made in America, it has a three-year parts and labor warranty on the entire machine. The compressor and air-cooled condenser coil are covered for five years in parts.
