The BakeMax BMMSM08 commercial meat slicer is a heavy-duty slicer with a polished anodized aluminum body. It includes an 8-inch stainless-steel blade with an adjustable slicing thickness (0.2 mm - 12 mm). Its meat tray supports products up to 11" wide and 8" high and allows bulk item handling.
The belt-driven induction motor offers a 350 RPM speed at 120W power. It has two safety features: a blade ring guard to protect users from accidents and a waterproof on/off switch. A built-in blade sharpener keeps the blade sharp.
This meat slicer measures 15.7" (W) x 14.7" (D) x 12" (H), weighs 27 pounds, and operates on 120V/60Hz/1 A/single-phase with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It has a plastic handle for a comfortable hold and rubber feet for stability. The product features a limited one-year warranty.
