Certified NSF Listed, cMETus Listed, and Energy Star, the oven meets commercial standards for efficiency and sanitation.
It offers a temperature range of 175°F to 500°F, controlled through a digital programmable interface with 3 baking steps and a 10-hour timer. The advanced airflow design, supported by 1 fan with 2 speeds, ensures even heat circulation, while flash and beep alerts indicate the end of each cooking cycle.
The oven has a 1.6 cubic feet baking chamber with 3 wire shelves, spaced 2.625 inches apart, and illuminated by LED lights.
