The Cadco XAF-113 Convection Oven is a heavy-duty, countertop electric oven built from stainless steel and proudly made in America. Designed for commercial use, it offers a 1.75 cu. ft. capacity and operates at 120 V, drawing 12 amps with a power output of 1450 W. The oven includes a cool-touch, double-wall glass door, a 60-minute timer with audible alert, and high-temperature motor bearings for enhanced durability.

It features 3 half-size shelves with 3" spacing, a single fan for even baking, and high R-value insulation for energy efficiency. The baking chamber measures 19.5" W x 15.5" D x 10" H, while the overall dimensions are 23.62" W x 28.12" D x 16.87" H. The unit uses a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.

It is NSF and cMETus listed and comes with a 1 Year Limited Parts & Labor, 2 Year Parts, 90-day Light Bulbs & Gasket, 30 Day Glass, 1 Year on Motor. LED lights and a heavy-duty hinge complete the design.
