With a temperature range of 175°F to 500°F, digital programmable controls, and 3 baking steps, it provides advanced control and flexibility. It also features 3 fan speeds and 2 internal fans for uniform airflow, plus LED lighting for better visibility. The side panel includes an LED control panel, and the oven includes wire shelves.
Certified NSF, cMETus, and Energy Star, this oven supports energy efficiency and sanitation compliance. It has a 10-hour timer and uses a NEMA 6-50P plug on a 1-phase electric system. The Cadco XAFT-04FS-LD comes with a 3-year warranty, plus 30 days on glass, 90 days on the light bulb and gasket, and 1 year on the motor.
