The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-FGLID-HC is a commercial sandwich and salad prep table designed for high-performance commercial kitchens. It comes with a durable stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel and aluminum interior that stands up to heavy use. Its silver finish fits seamlessly into professional kitchens, while its counter-height installation type provides an ergonomic 36" work surface height, helping staff work comfortably for long hours.
This commercial prep table comes with a 72.38" (W) x 34.87" (D) x 38.12" (H) with casters and features a 72.37"(W) x 6.12" (D) x 1/2" thick cutting board for efficient food prep. Its glass lid opens to 54.87" (H), allowing clear visibility of ingredients. The mega top holds 30 1/6-size pans for organized storage. It is ideal for sandwich and salad stations and provides easy access and consistent refrigeration to fast-paced kitchens.
It has a self-contained refrigeration system and uses a 1/2 HP rear-mounted front and rear breathing compressor. It uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to maintain food-safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring ingredient freshness. The forced-air cooling feature ensures quick recovery and consistent temperatures throughout. The unit operates on 115V/1ph, draws 7.2 amps, and has a standard 7-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy installation.
This commercial prep unit has 3 solid swing doors with left and right hinges and self-closing design. It includes 6 PVC-coated wire shelves in a refrigerated base and polyurethane insulation for efficiency. Four 5" swivel casters with brakes allow mobility.
