The corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and galvanized back and bottom ensure lasting performance in demanding kitchen environments.
Engineered for optimal performance, this unit maintains consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F using its efficient 1/6 HP compressor and R-290 eco-friendly refrigerant. The mega top design accommodates twelve 1/6-size pans, while the 10-inch wide polyethylene cutting board provides ample prep space. Two self-closing doors with 120° stay-open features and magnetic gaskets ensure efficient operation and temperature retention.
