It features three solid swing doors, three shelves, and a refrigerated base with side-mounted, side/rear breathing compressor.
The unit includes a 72-inch wide cutting board that’s 8.3 inches deep and 0.5 inches thick, along with two insulated hood lids to keep ingredients fresh. The stainless steel interior measures 68.1" x 23" x 24.6" (W x D x H) and features an automatic defrost system with a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, maintained by R-290 refrigerant.
It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power, drawing 7.5 amps with a 1/3 HP compressor and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 5.9 ft power cord. The prep table includes four swivel casters with brakes for mobility and stability, and has a maximum ambient temperature rating of 100°F. Product dimensions are 72" x 33.9" x 46" (W x D x H).
