The slicer includes a removable 2-stone dual-action sharpener and built-in blade sharpener for consistent cutting performance.
Operating at 147 W and 120 V with a 1.2 A plug type (NEMA 5-15P), the slicer uses gravity-feed operation for controlled slicing. It has an on/off switch with indicator light and a tool-free removable carriage and center plate for simple maintenance in commercial kitchen environments.
