The cabinet includes two solid swing doors with right-side hinges and keyed locks for secure storage.
This commercial holding cabinet delivers reliable temperature control between 140°F and 180°F, ideal for keeping cooked food warm until service. Powered by 2000 watts, it operates on 115 V/208–230 V, 60 Hz, 1 phase and has a 20 A HACR breaker. The self-closing doors with a 120° stay-open feature add convenience during busy service hours. Internal construction supports pan depths of 20 inches and accommodates racks with dimensions of 27" W x 29" D x 66" H.
