The swing-style solid door comes with a keyed lock for added security and a 120° stay-open function for ease of use during peak hours.
This door is right-hinged and has a self-closing feature to help maintain internal heat and conserve energy. Built to deliver consistent temperature retention, this silver-colored freestanding unit operates within a 140°F to 180°F range. It runs on 115V/208-230V, 2000 watts, 60 Hz, and a 1-phase connection with a NEMA 14-20P plug. The 9 ft. power cord and 20 A HACR breaker allow flexible placement.
This unit measures 35" (W) x 34.75" (D) x 88.75" (H) and fits a rack size of up to 27" W x 29" D x 72" H and 12" x 20" pans. It is designed without casters for fixed placement. The door gasket ensures a tight seal for optimal thermal efficiency. Certified by NSF/ANSI, UL EPH, and cULus, the cabinet meets rigorous commercial kitchen standards.
