The Cadco VariKwik VKII-220-SS Countertop High-Speed Oven is designed for rapid cooking, baking, and reheating a wide variety of foods in commercial kitchens. With a 0.9 cu. ft. capacity, it operates on 220 V, 1 phase, 4200 W, drawing 19 amps.
This high speed oven rapid cook oven comes with an adjustable thermostat of up to 500°F. Its 2 1/2"" touchscreen screen offers easy and accurate temperature control for the bestbest food quality. Its interior cooking area is 14 3/4" W x 14 1/4" D x 7 1/2" H, and it comes with a 1"4" x 1"4" cooking surface to accommodate a 1"4" pizza.
The oven comes with 1 glass bottom-hinged door, 1 anodized non-stick CrisPlate™ cooking plate, 2 height slots for the cookingking plate, a large spatula, LED lighting, and a NEMA 6-20P plug type.
The oven is 24" W x 26 3/4" D x 12 1/2" H, 82 lb, and USA-manufactured. It is provided with a 1 Year Limited Parts & Labor, 2 Year Parts, 90-day Gasket, 30 Day Glass, 1 Year on Motor.
