Product Overview
Cadco CG-10 is a light-duty commercial electric griddle best suited to be utilized in small kitchen environments or where mobility of the cooking appliances is needed. It is a standard 120V single-phase electrical connection that consumes 1500 watts and 12.5 amps of electricity.
This electric griddles unit has a level, even cast-iron cooking surface that will get up to 450°F. A heavy-duty infinite control thermostat with simple-to-use, uncluttered controls gives precise temperature control. The cooking surface is 21" W x 12" D and provides 252 square inches of real estate—enough to cook a lot of food at once.
The griddle itself is constructed with a stainless-steel structure and charcoal-gray non-stick coating to avoid sticking and simple cleaning. The total size of the griddle is 24 1/2" W x 17 3/4" D x 9 1/4" H and it weighs 25 pounds.
USA-made and NSF-certified for performance and safety, Cadco's CG-10 is backed by a 1-year parts-and-labor warranty.
