The American Dish Service 312-0090.0715 Pan Washer is a high-capacity, stainless steel warewashing solution designed for demanding hotel, restaurant, and catering operations. Proudly made in America, this silver-finished unit is capable of processing 55 racks per hour. It accommodates both 29-inch large racks and 19.75-inch standard racks, making it ideal for mixed-size pan and utensil cleaning.

Powered by a 3 HP wash motor, the unit operates at 208/240 V, 40 amps, and a 3-phase electrical configuration with 3 wires. It includes a built-in water heater delivering 8 kW of power for consistent high-temperature sanitization. The wash temperature reaches 160°F, while the rinse temperature maintains 180°F with an integrated dual sanitizer system offering 180°F water or 50 ppm chlorine.

The patented ADS low-water tank clean system ensures water efficiency, consuming only 1.23 gallons per hour. With dimensions of 48" W x 38.75" D x 80" H (all doors closed) and 23" access door clearance, the pan washer is designed for easy installation in commercial spaces. It features a 15.8-gallon wash tank, a 1/2-inch water inlet, a 2-inch drain size, and pass-thru operation for streamlined workflow.

The table-to-table width is 34". This NSF-listed machine ensures compliance with various commercial kitchen standards.
