The Manitowoc SDT3000W-263H is a full-size cube ice machine head without a storage bin, designed with a stainless steel body in a sleek silver finish. It operates on 208/230 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz, and draws 30 amps. The machine delivers a peak output of 51,000 BTU/hr and 45,000 BTU/hr average, powered by R-410A refrigerant through a water-cooled condenser.
This unit measures 48" W x 31" D x 36" H, connects via a 1/2” water inlet, and includes a 1” drain. It uses 21 gallons of potable water and 140 gallons of condenser water per 100 lbs of ice, operating within 40°F–110°F ambient and 40°F–90°F water temperatures, supporting 20–80 psi potable and 20–250 psi condenser pressure.
With an output capacity of 2558 lbs of ice per 24 hours, the SDT3000W also features AlphaSan antimicrobial protection, Arctic Pure filters, a Quadzilla evaporator system, and a scoop holder for sanitary operation. It is CFC-free, LuminIce II excluded, and fully certified (AHRI, cULus, NSF, ISO).
