The CEST72 commercial sandwich and salad prep table from CoolEdge series is designed for preparing sandwiches and salads in busy foodservice operations. This freestanding unit constructed from stainless steel with a silver finish. It measures 72.5 in (W) x 31.5 in (D) x 43.62 in (H).

It features a Standard Top that accommodates 18 1/6-size pans and includes three adjustable coated wire shelves. The unit has three solid swing-style doors with recessed handles and a self-closing function.

A 1/3 HP bottom-mounted compressor with R290 refrigerant maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. The digital control system with LED display allows monitoring and adjusting of temperature. An auto-defrost system reduces manual maintenance.

The prep table is equipped with six 6-inch swivel casters with locks. It operates on 115 V, 60 Hz, 3.4 A power via a NEMA 5-15P plug and supports environments up to 100.4°F ambient temperature. The unit is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation certified and comes with a 6-month parts and labor warranty, including 6-month compressor coverage.
