It has a durable stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and back, along with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. The solid construction ensures reliability in busy kitchens. This freezer includes 4 solid Dutch-style swing doors with magnetic gaskets and self-closing hinges, helping retain cold air and energy efficiency.
With external dimensions of 52.62" (W) x 33.75" (D) x 77.75" (H), it offers ample storage and easy fitting. It features 6 chrome-plated wire shelves sized at 21.56 x 26.31", which are strong and adjustable to fit a variety of food products. It us bright LED lighting to make it easy to see everything inside. The digital temperature control keeps the interior steady at -10°F, ideal for preserving frozen food in restaurants, cafes, or foodservice operations.
This unit uses a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is energy-efficient and eco-friendly. It runs on 115v/1ph, 60 Hz, with a 9-ft power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, making installation simple. With 9.4 amps and a 1/4 x 1 HP compressor, it delivers powerful cooling. The auto defrost system prevents ice buildup, reduces the need for maintenance. For easy mobility, it is mounted on 6" casters with front locks to keep it securely in place.
