The True Refrigeration STG1F-1S-HC Reach-In Freezer is a durable, high-performance solution for commercial kitchens, designed for long-term frozen storage in foodservice environments. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminium side walls with a stainless steel floor and ceiling, this one-section unit is ideal for commercial use in restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities. It includes one solid right-hinged door, secured with a magnetic gasket for dependable sealing.
Powered by a 1 HP top-mounted compressor, it maintains internal temperatures at -10°F, managed through a digital control system for consistent, precise performance. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, paired with an auto-defrost function to reduce maintenance. Inside, the freezer is equipped with 3 chrome-plated wire shelves and energy-efficient LED lighting for visibility and organisation.
This freestanding model includes 6-inch swivel casters with brakes for mobility and secure placement. Measuring 27.5 in (W) x 33.75 in (D) x 77.75 in (H), it operates on a 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power source and includes a 9 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
