The ChillCore Series Vertical Merchandiser is a freestanding refrigerated display unit designed for commercial kitchens, cafés, bakeries, and food retail environments. It operates on 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with a 14 A electrical load and supports ventilated cooling with hot air flow from the front and two sides for balanced air distribution across the cabinet.
The structure is built with powder coated steel and tempered glass on two sides, with an interior finished in mirror stainless steel 304. It includes 4 adjustable frosted glass shelves designed for layered product display, supported by LED lighting at the top and under each shelf for visibility in low-light service areas.
The unit maintains a temperature range of 35.6°F to 50°F through a digital temperature controller with display. It features automatic defrost and automatic condensate evaporation, along with a bottom-mounted compressor that supports refrigeration operation in continuous commercial use.
