The Manitowoc IRT0500A-161* Ice Machine is a high-performance commercial ice maker ideal for commercial kitchens. It features a stainless steel silver-colored exterior with a plastic interior for easy cleaning. The unit produces full-size ice cubes (1 1/8" W x 1 1/8" D x 7/8" H) and delivers a 24-hour ice production capacity of 500 lb. It is made in America and features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser.
Using just 5.04 kWh per 100 lbs of ice and 19 gallons of water, it operates on 115 V, draws 11.5 A, and runs at 60 Hz, 1 phase. It includes programmable ice production, intelligent diagnostics, and a cleaning alert on display for efficient operation. The R410A refrigerant ensures eco-friendly cooling. The Easy-to-Clean Foodzone and LuminIce® II Growth Inhibitor enhance hygiene, reducing microbial growth. Compatible with D400 and D570 bins, it connects via a 3/8 in water inlet.
With dimensions of 30" (W) x 24.5" (D) x 21.5" (H), this model is designed for installation on top of compatible bins and dispensers. It features a hardwire plug and supports a potable water pressure range of 20–80 psi and a condenser pressure range of 20–276 psi. It also includes a 15 A max fuse, a 1/2 in drain size, and operates in ambient temperatures from 40° to 110°F.
