This dry display case includes 2 rear sliding glass doors with single-pane tempered glass, providing controlled access during food handling. The interior uses white powder-coated CRS with LED interior lighting, supporting visibility of baked goods. It includes 6 heavy-duty PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves, each with a 150 lb load capacity, along with cantilever shelf design and a 1/2" gap when units are banked.
