Proudly made in Taiwan, it features a die-cast aluminum body with a silver finish and a generous 120-quart capacity, ideal for large-scale mixing tasks. This floor-standing unit is designed for heavy-duty use with reliable, long-term performance.
Powered by a 5 HP belt-driven motor, the mixer runs on 220V, 20 amps, 3-phase, and 60 Hz, delivering between 69 and 371 RPM across 4 adjustable speeds. It features a manual control panel with a 30-minute timer and a push-button safety system with auto shut-off guard. The electric bowl lift improves efficiency and ease of use.
The planetary mixing motion ensures even results, while the gear-driven transmission made from hardened alloy steel ensures durability. A built-in #12 hub supports attachments, and the shaft is ball bearing-mounted for smooth operation. The unit includes a dough hook, flat beater, wire whip, and bowl dolly.
