Operating on 208/230V power, this cabinet maintains precise temperatures between 140°F and 180°F. The unit features LED lighting for clear visibility and self-closing doors with a convenient stay-open function. Keyed locks provide security, while the advanced control system ensures stable temperature maintenance across both sections.
With impressive dimensions of 55"W x 33.5"D x 79.5"H, this cabinet offers ample storage capacity of 49.5 cubic feet. The thoughtful design includes 21.75" wide door openings and extends to 59.25" when doors are open at 90 degrees. Four 4-inch casters provide stable mobility, while the 2.37-inch CFC-free foamed polyurethane insulation maintains optimal temperatures.
This Hoshizaki heated cabinet carries multiple certifications including ETL Sanitation, cETLus, and NSF approval. Backed by an industry-leading 6-year parts and 5-year labor warranty.
