The BakeMax BMFBM01 bread molder is a stainless steel French bread and baguette molder. It has a series of 3 rollers, and the third auxiliary roller ensures that the dough shape is even and makes it easy to enter. This heavy-duty molder has a 50-1250 g / 1.76-44 oz capacity. The 2 conveyor belts run at varying speeds in the opposite direction to properly give the bread a handmade effect.
The unit has a production output of 1200 pieces/hour. It measures 39" (W) x 35" (D) x 61" (H) and weighs 505 pounds. It has an adjustable molding thickness that makes it suitable for various sizes of breads. The bread moulder consumes 750 W at 7 amps and performs efficiently at 220 V/60 Hz/3-phase power.
It connects via a hardwired plug and features overload protection to protect its electrical components. A stand with locking wheels allows easy mobility, and it comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Made in America, it has QPS and CE approvals.
