Designed for pass-thru or corner installation, its convertible design enhances layout flexibility. With dual screens, an air gap feature, and solid chemical dispensing, it ensures consistent sanitation in every cycle. It runs on a low-temperature sanitizing system using a 120°F water supply. Each cycle uses 2.2 gallons of water for efficiency. The unit features 1.5 HP motor power, 1 phase, 115 V, 20 amps, and 1.125 kW output.
The outside sump design improves debris collection, while the rack size of 19.75" L x 19.75" W accommodates various commercial dishes. The maximum fuse size is 20 A, and wiring requires 10–12 AWG. With dimensions of 33.5" W x 34.25" D x 80.87" H (open doors), it offers a 20.5" W x 20.75" H door clearance. The width table to table is 25 inches, making it compatible with most commercial setups.
