Ideal for bars, cafés, and restaurants, this unit can wash up to 600 glasses per hour, with a cycle time of 2 minutes and a capacity of 30 racks per hour. It includes a 16-compartment rack, holds glasses up to 11.25 inches high, and uses just 0.75 gallons of water per rack — totaling 22.5 gallons per hour, ensuring efficient and eco-conscious operation.
The machine features upper and lower rotating rinse arms, a 2.5-gallon wash tank, and a gravity drain system with a 1" drain size. It requires a 208V, 1 Phase, 60 Hz power supply, drawing 33 amps, with a 1 HP wash motor and wiring for 3 wires plus ground.
With external dimensions of 24" W x 25" D x 40" H, the 181 GW is compact yet powerful. It and stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs for stability. The rack size is 19.75" x 19.75", and the unit is NSF and cULus listed, making it compliant with commercial kitchen standards.
