This unit includes 10 open top burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, contributing to a total output of 362,000 BTU/hr for high-capacity cooking. The burners and 12" x 12" grates are made of cast iron, supporting consistent heat distribution. Removable grates allow access for cleaning in commercial food handling environments.

It includes 2 U-shape standard ovens, each rated at 31,000 BTU/hr, with thermostat control and a temperature range of 250°F to 550°F. The ovens feature stainless steel interiors with dimensions of 26.6" width, 26" depth, and 13.9" height. Each oven includes chrome plated racks, with a total of 4 oven racks for structured cooking.

The unit features a durable welded frame, stainless steel back riser, bottom kick plate, and a pull-out crumb tray with an angled handle for easy use. It runs on natural gas with a 3/4" NPT rear connection and includes an LP conversion kit. Equipped with six casters (three with brakes), it offers mobility and stability.
