It features stainless steel construction with a silver finish and a double wall stainless steel cabinet, supporting structured cooking environments. The unit operates on gas power and includes 2 burners, each rated at 35,000 BTU/hr, with a total output of 70,000 BTU/hr.
This countertop charbroiler supports convertible gas use with natural gas and propane, including an LP conversion kit. It uses NG #35 and propane #49 nozzle sizes with inlet gas pressure rated at 4" WC (NG) and 10" WC (propane). Independent manual controls every 12" support heat adjustment, along with standby pilots for pilot protection.
The unit measures 24" (W) x 20.75" (D) x 15.37" (H) and is designed for countertop installation. It includes adjustable stainless steel legs and non-skid feet for placement support. The cool-to-touch front stainless steel edge supports handling during operation.
