Proudly made in America, it features a robust stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back and a rear-mounted, front/rear-breathing compressor using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-efficient cooling between 33°F to 38°F.
The design includes one solid right-hinged door with two PVC-coated wire shelves and four smooth-gliding drawers equipped with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal. The drawers accommodate pans up to 20 (W) x 12 (D) x 8 (H) inches in size, allowing organized ingredient storage at optimal prep height with a 36-inch work surface and integrated backsplash.
Mounted on six 5-inch casters for easy maneuverability, the unit runs on 115V, 60Hz, 1 phase with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 7-ft power cord. It is insulated with high-density polyurethane, features aluminum interiors, and has UL EPH, NSF/ANSI, and cULus certifications for food-safe operations.
