It includes 12 clear polycarbonate pans (1/6 size, 4" deep) for organized ingredient storage.
The refrigerated base has a 7 cu. ft. capacity with a single solid swing door with magnetic gasket sealing. Powered by a side-mounted, front-breathing compressor using hydrocarbon R-290 refrigerant (3 oz capacity), the unit maintains consistent temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F. A Dixell electronic thermostat with a digital LED display helps control and monitor temperature. The system operates on 115 V, 60 Hz power with 3 amps and a 1/5 HP motor.
Additional features include automatic defrost, a copper-coated condenser, and a copper evaporator that optimizes cooling efficiency. Measuring 28.9" W x 29.9" D x 52.3" H with casters, the freestanding unit is mobile and stable with four 2.5-inch swivel casters with brakes.
